About Us

Homes by New Vistas was formed in 1997 to focus on the need for custom homes of outstanding quality at a fair price with assurance of customer satisfaction. New Mexico Business Weekly ranks us among the top Custom Home Builders in the Albuquerque area. Now in our 11th year, we've built well over 100 custom homes with many more currently under construction.

Our owners have over 250 years combined experience in the residential and commercial construction industry.

	Custom Builders Council is the part of HBACNM which addresses specific interests and concerns of custom home builders. CBC members started "CB-NM", a buying co-op affiliated with CB-USA.		Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico (HBACNM) collects and publishes home construction data, sponsers the Homes of Enchantment Parade and publishes Su Casa.

	Home Builders Association of New Mexico works with state and federal governments on issues and legislation effecting the home building industry.		Build Green New Mexico is helping to set qualitative and quantitative standards and controls for the "Green" building industry in New Mexico.


	As regular participants in the annual Parade, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico, our homes have won many awards.
	We advertize in each issue of Su Casa magazine, which beautifully covers homes in Central New Mexico.
	HomeBuilders' Gallery offers tours of our homes on KASA-TV Channel 2, at 7:30 and 9:30 AM Sundays.
	We are active members in CB USA, a nationally known buyer's coop for custom home builders.
	To help protect our precious water resources, Homes by New Vistas prepares and executes a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan or SWPPP for each home we build.
