Homes by New Vistas is proud of their homes and wants you to be happy in yours. We emphasize a personal approach in our design process that makes you feel comfortable and able to express your ideas. We generally follow these informal series of steps:

• Initial Meeting - Establish your requirements
• Location Preview - Visit lot to determine views and siting.
• Preliminary Design - Develop floor plans
• Design Review - Finalize plans.
• Contract Signing - So we can begin building your home.

Choose your builder carefully. We suggest that you use the Builder Selection criteria reccomended by the Custom Builders Council to insure you choose the best builder to meet your needs.
