Homes by New Vistas is proud of their homes and wants you to be happy in yours. We emphasize a personal approach in our design process that makes you feel comfortable and able to express your ideas. We generally follow these informal series of steps:

• Initial Meeting - Establish your requirements
• Location Preview - Visit lot to determine views and siting.
• Preliminary Design - Develop floor plans
• Design Review - Finalize plans.
• Contract Signing - So we can begin building your home.

After the preliminary design is complete, you will meet with us to review the design. A list of your questions and requirements will be addressed. As the design process gets closer to the final design, the price of the home can be more accurately determined. This design and review process continues until we have a finished design.
