Our typical ceiling heights are 11 feet in common areas like the entry foyer, great room, dining room, kitchen and hallways. Ceilings are 9 feet in the bedrooms and 8 feet in the garage. In two story homes we include loft space to enhance the feeling of spaciousness in the home.
