Homes by New Vistas is proud of their homes and wants you to be happy in yours. We emphasize a personal approach in our design process that makes you feel comfortable and able to express your ideas. We generally follow these informal series of steps:

• Initial Meeting - Establish your requirements
• Location Preview - Visit lot to determine views and siting.
• Preliminary Design - Develop floor plans
• Design Review - Finalize plans.
• Contract Signing - So we can begin building your home.

We meet with you at our model home to discuss what you are looking to find in a home: the location, the style, the number of rooms, special considerations and features and of course, the price.

Our designers may sketch some simple designs to get a feel for what you want. We will ask you questions and openly discuss price and features. Based on our long experience as custom home builders we may offer suggestions and advise you as to pitfalls to avoid.

If you are interested in continuing the process, we'll get the location of the building lot confirmed.
