Located high on the escarpment of the Petroglyph National Park, La Cuentista,
the "Story Teller", offers 140 home sites with unparalleled views of the Sandia Mountains,

This year, Homes by New Vistas joins with other custom home builders
in opening La Cuentista, Chapter One, the first all
Green residential community in Albuquerque.
While still under construction, the homes were shown during the Custom Builders Council
2007 Spring Home Tour which was held from June 1st to 3rd, 2007. Here, Congresswoman Heather Wilson talks with
Catherine Withers, our Sales and Design Manager, about the Green features in our home.
