• Initial Meeting - Establish your requirements
• Location Preview - Visit lot to determine views and siting.
• Preliminary Design - Develop floor plans
• Design Review - Finalize plans.
• Contract Signing - So we can begin building your home.

We will visit the location where you want to build your home. We will evaluate the views and layout of the property with an eye for designing and situating the home to maximize the natural views and features of the land.
