Each year, the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico sponsors the Homes of Enchantment Parade to showcase the work of it's finest home builders, subcontractors and suppliers. In 2006, 111 homes were shown, ranging in value from $185,800 to $2,000,000 and located throughout the Albuquerque region.

We are proud to have won in most of the years in which we participated in the Parade. In 2003 we won two Gold Awards, the only builder to do so!

Now in our 11th year, Homes by New Vistas will enter the La Cuentista model home in the 2007 Homes of Enchantment Parade, held October 13-28, 2007.

Our 2006 Featured Home is located near the 18th hole in the Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Resort, a world class golf course in the beautiful Paa-Ko Communities.
