Radiant heating is standard in our homes. This form of heating uses an energy efficient gas boiler to force hot water through plastic piping embedded in the concrete slab. The slab radiates heat into the home maintaining a constant comfortable temperature without the sound of forced air. We also offer gas forced air heat if desired.
